The Erie County Homeschoolers Diploma Association supports the provisions in HB 2560. This bill recognizes the rights of parents to homeschool without undue interference from outside sources. Homeschooling parents and guardians care about the education of their children.

It will allow the supervisor of the program more time to concentrate on actual schooling rather than spending time on paperwork. It also allows parents to use the money they would have spent on testing and evaluations to be spent on education.
