Scrambled Tofu   (Serves 4-6)

1.  Crumble and saute:
     1 lb. soft or firm tofu
     2 t. olive oil
2.  Add:
     1/4 t. tumeric (or less to taste)
     1/4 t. curry powder
     1/4 t. cumin
     1 t. onion powder
     1/2 t. salt or to taste
3.  Saute 3-5 minutes.  Tofu should be light yellow and thoroughly heated.
