VAMPIRES
"There is a kind-- oh how lofty are his eyes! And his eyelids are raised in arrogance.

To devour the afflicted from the earth, And the needy from among men."

"Vampires are only legend,"
At least some would say;
But it seems that there are "vampires"
Existing even today.
Like the spawn of Satan,
Wandering souls, empty and lost;
They prey on the lives of others
Not caring what it may cost.
Dwelling in shadows of vainglory,
loathing the charity of true light,
Their deeds are performed in selfishness
as the vampire’s is the night.
In the midst of a social gathering,
