Cooking and Baking I - VI:
Please note Mrs. Ward's 5/96 note on page 40.
Eating Better Cookbooks (publishers of Sue Gregg's cookbooks) now has a toll-free order number - (800) 99TASTE.  They offer a discount on direct orders for those who purchase all six cookbooks.

Sewing I (p. 12 - 13 Quillow):
Lesson 21 instructions should read:  " . . . Sew a 1/4" seam around the
side-bottom-side (leaving the top open for turning it . . . )  . . . Topstitch all four sides 1/4" from edge (top edge will be "finished" later . . . )"

Lesson 22 instructions should read:  " . . . sew pocket onto backing . . . on side-top-side of pocket (top of pocket will be at the edge of the backing fabric).  Backstitch well . . . Do not sew the bottom edge.

Lesson 23 instructions should read:  " . . . hold the layers secure for tying the quilt.  Tie quillow
. . . Do this by making a running stitch with the crochet thread/floss going
from the top down and then up near tying place #1 (leaving 2 1/2" thread as a "tail" at the top beginning).  Put the thread down and then up at #2, down and up at #3, etc.  When you are done . . . Tie them securely in a "surgeon's square knot":  Right over left.  Wrap twice.  Pull tight.  Left over right.  Wrap twice. Pull tight.  Fold quillow by having quillow fabric A up . . . "

When tying the quillow, leave pocket area untied.

Sewing II (p. 152):
The "Centered and Lapped Zippers" pages are not in the correct order.  The correct sequence of information is:  p. 152, 154, 153, and then 151.  The original brochure does not have a "Figure 3" diagram, so no information is missing.

Sewing III - Quilting (p. 192):
The "surgeon's square knot" (given in previous directions for the Sewing I section) may also be used to tie the Quilt.

Flower Arranging (p. 216)
The book recommended is not in print at the current time.  Substitute with a resource book from your bookstore/library.

Gardening IV:
Page 266 is a repeat of p. 265.

Finances II:
Pages 424 and 423 are reversed.

Hospitality:
The articles on pages 478 and 479 are each continued on p. 480.

Godly Home Business:
Please read Mrs. Ward's 5/96 note on page 491 about a new resource and about priorities.
